Why do I have Rats on my premises?
A. The most common cause for either rat, mouse or even insect infestation is there being a locally, readily available food source.

Q. How are they getting in?
A. When full grown, an adult rat can get through gaps as small as an inch due to their collapsable skeleton and will easily travel under floorboards or in roof spaces once an access point has been located.

Q. Are they a threat?
A. Rats carry viels disease which is transferred via their urine and once contracted will show similar signs at first as those of the common cold. The black death that ravaged up to 60% of Europe's population in the mid 14th century was believed to have been carried by the fleas that live upon black rats.
